Provided control systems project management, programming, and startup support for a specialty chemical batch processing facility. Supported multiple distributed control system projects including scope development, P&ID and functional specification development, PLC/DCS programming, and system startup. Implemented batch process control and improved control strategies to increase production rates, product quality, and process stability, while supporting process hazard analysis activities and safe operational handover.
